Star Position: Chiyu Star (The Obscure Star)
Age and Birthday: 38 yeas old, born June 13th
Appearance: Oboro is a slender, middle-aged man with a narrow face and prominent nose. He's always carrying a cunning, wry smile.
Personality: Oboro is a witty and carefree man who seems to live in a world devoid of feelings such as embarrassment or shame. Oboro has a strong sense of right and wrong, though his own actions may seem a little shady from time to time. He's devoted to the members of his detection agency and fully embraces the family lifestyle. Though he tends to be quite silly and a scatterbrain, he is an intelligent man who works hard to provide for his surrogate family.

Skills/Special Abilities: Oboro is the founder of the Oboro Detective Agency and former head of Nether Gate's Intelligence Division.
Other Abilities: He's pretty good at training animals, especially mice...

Weaknesses: Oboro's really disorganized and can lack motivation. He's also got a soft spot for short and stout women with really big, round, distracting, glasses.
History: Oboro was the head of Nether Gate's Intelligence Division before it disbanded. Because of his position within the organization Oboro was able to see the world outside of Nether Gate; a chance few other members are given. After the organization's disbandment Oboro took two former members, Shigure and Sagiri, with him to start a new peaceful life and help the children overcome their Nether Gate brainwashing. Along with Shigure and Sagiri, Oboro created the Oboro Detective Agency, located on a small ship, where the former assassins could use their skills to make an honest living. The agency's first client was Fuyo, a kind and loving daughter of a merchant family. After a series of events, Fuyo too became a member of the agency and helped Oboro complete and strengthen his new found family. During the Sun Rune War Oboro was recruited by Prince Freyjadour where he offered his detective services within the prince's head quarters and assisted in minor strategic planning. After the war had ended Oboro had decided he must settle things once and for all with the former heads of Nether Gate in Nagarea. The nature of his trip to Nagarea is unknown but he made sure to visit his comrades at the detective agency time to time. But on one trip to visit he seemed to have taken a wrong turn and wound up at Budehuc Castle, over thirty years into the future!
